Terms of Service
1. Area of Application
These Terms of Serviceapply for every order at www.vianaturale.de, an Online-Service provided from ViaNaturale GmbH for consumers (§ 13 BGB), date of issue 01.2015.

3. Offer and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online-catalog.
3.2 By clicking the button "ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY" you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order along with the acceptance of the order will be sent immediately via automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation the contract of sale is concluded.
4. Right of Revocation
4.1 Right of Revocation
You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of 14 days. The revocation does not have to contain any grounds. We will forward this revocation instruction to you again in text form. The revocation period commences the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment.

The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return or may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software where the seal on the data carriers has been broken by the consumer, or for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
4.2 Consequences of Revocation
In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Within Germany
The delivery charge within Germany is € 2.90. Free shipping for orders with a total of € 18.00 or more.
5.2 Outside Germany
The delivery charge for shipping to countries outside Germany is € 6.90. Free shipping for orders with a total of € 40.00 or more.
Special offer until 31.12.2016: Free shipping for orders with a total of € 24.00 or more.
In addition to the fees mentioned in paragraph 5.2 swiss VAT and toll fees will be charged on delivery (click here for an overview).
6.1 Shipping services
Delivery will be supplied by German Post or DHL.
6.2 Delivery time
Information about delivery times can be found on the product pages. Orders from other countries than Germany will take 5 - 10 days longer.
7. Order & Payment
7.1 Methods of Payment
The payment is basically done by Paypal or bank wire (prepayment, only within EU). Please note that delivery may be delayed in case of pament via bank transfer because the order will be shipped only after payment is credited to our bank account.
7.2 Order Process
If you have found a product, you can put this into the cart without obligation by clicking the green square with the shopping cart icon (in the product overview) or the button "ADD TO CART" (on the product detail page). The content of the shopping cart can viewed without any obligation at any time by clicking the green square shopping cart icon. The products can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the black square with the trash icon. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". If you are not already logged in with your access data, please create an account. The mandatory fields are marked with "*". Your data is encrypted. After entering or selecting the desired delivery address and selecting the shipping option you have to choose the payment method and get to the overall summary of your order, where you can check your entries. After confirming that you agree to the Terms of Service and have read the Terms of Revocation, you may confirm your order by clicking the button "ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY" . The order process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser window.
7.3 Order Storage
Orders will be stored on our internal systems. Our Terms of Service can be viewed at any time on this page. If you have created an account and are logged in, you can view your account information at any time under "MY ACCOUNT" and the corresponding sub-menu items. The order information is sent to you by e-mail. After completing the purchase the order for security reasons is no longer accessible over the Internet.
8. Reservation of Proprietary
Until full payment is received goods will remain our property.
